Service Cancellation

Since Ghythrelzyiph provides event organization and party styling services rather than physical products, our return policy applies to service cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Timeframes

Time Before Event Refund Amount
More than 30 days Full refund minus processing fee
15-30 days 50% refund
7-14 days 25% refund
Less than 7 days No refund

Refund Process

To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us at least 30 days before your scheduled event date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Processing fees
  • Custom design work already completed
  • Items purchased specifically for your event
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the original event date may incur additional fees.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate accommodations. Full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
